Window Works Owner and Designer, Rosemary Gill, was born and raised in Farmington, Connecticut and grew up with a love for crafts and sewing. In 1987, she started a New York custom drapery service and after 12 years moved the business to the Boston Suburbs and finally to Chester County in Pennsylvania.
